DVAI – German association of the flavour industry

For more than 100 years the German Association of the Flavour Industry (DVAI) is the expert association of flavour manufacturers as well as producers and traders of functional ingredients for food in Germany.

We represent more than 95 percent of the flavouring companies in Germany in their dealings with national decision-makers and European institutions. In the interest of our industry, we are also involved in various expert committees of European and international umbrella  organisations.

We are a competent and reliable partner for our members in all matters relating to flavour and food law and provide the general public and the media with information about the industry and our main topics.
